EGF organizes two different types of courses, with accommodation and without accommodation.

COURSE WITH ACCOMMODATION:

Once you have enrolled in a course please select PROCEED WITH ACCOMMODATION, choose your room and your roommate.
You can manage directly your reservation and choose the colleague you would like to share your room with.

If  you require extra accommodation in addition to the nights included in the course booking, please contact the Course Officer for more details. Extra nights will be at your own expense and should be paid directly to the hotel venue.

To proceed with the booking in these hotels,  you have to be registered in a course

COURSE WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION:

We are pleased to inform you that EGF has a very convenient agreement with an excellent 3-stars hotel located right in the centre of Bologna and close to the shuttle meeting point for the course venue.

The prices are convenient, all the faculty of the course will stay in this hotel, where you will have plenty of chances to talk and socialize with them.

If you want to book in the recommended hotel at the special price you should send an email to: irenelorja@hotel-portasanmamolo.it  citing EGF AGREEMENT.

If you prefer a University Guest House visit the Residence 'San Giovanni in Monte' and for special price always cite 'EGF AGREEMENT'.
