Course

Congenital heart defects (CHD) have an incidence of 1% of livebirths. They are considered one of the most important causes of pediatric morbidity and mortality. This course represents the first specialized meeting in EGF dedicated for CHD and cardiomyopathies. It is planned to discuss from different points of view clinical, genetic and molecular aspects of CHD. In other words CHD will be taken in consideration from laboratory to clinic. All professionals who are involved in pediatric cardiology, clinical and molecular genetics are invited to participate in this course and to present their workshops and posters to the organizing secretary in order to program them accordingly
